Buckle up. It’s going to be a long ride.

In context, he was talking about the amount of information being given. He said something like "drinking from a firehose." He wasn't referring to the actual QB battle.

Myles takes first snap....the Brennan Bros that predicted he’d start:

Two series later...the people that thought Daniels looked better:

Coach speak. No surprise there... even if they already knew, why would they announce it before fall camp? The goal is to keep as much depth at QB as possible.

That is not shocking but I would have liked the battle to end in spring. We wouldn't have gotten Joe Burrow if the battle with Dwyane Haskins went into the fall.

He also said they’ve only installed 30% of the offense. And they’re not afraid to use a two quarterback system. Something tells me the battle will continue past the summer. Probably into the season.

They want to grow these guys slow.

Mike are Brock spoke for 15 minutes and didn’t really praise a single player or divulge any actual information. It was a class in coach speaks.

Yes. It’s nice to have some professionals running the show.

It’s understood to the QB’s that no starter will be named, it will change during the games.

Are you saying you wish they would end the QB battle in the spring so one of them has time to transfer out?

I’m in the camp of there being no bad option. The QB room is deep enough and talented enough and BK and Denbrock are good coaches. Whoever emerges will be a quality SEC starter. The days of Cam Cameron trying to turn Brandon Harris and Anthony Jennings into Peyton Manning is over.

One of us. One of us.
The educated have waited a long time to see the program run by an adult.

If this is something that will extend into the fall, I’m wondering if Myles will stick around for that. If he’s interested in a two quarterback system. And I’m hearing Nuss has been very good also. I’m just wondering if someone will transfer before then.

Not really a fan of a 2 QB system. It is so nice to have full confidence in one starter. However, we shall see.

I dont think it really matters what the coaches say. If one of the QBs has a gut feeling he’ll end up buried on the depth chart he’s gonna leave. I just dont see how we’re gonna be able to keep all four. No matter what the coaches say. Hope im wrong

Exactly. The mental gymnastics on here. Somehow they think its forgone conclusion that Myles I stay starter. They have a preference and try to disguise it as objectivity. They can find every reason why Jayden won't start, but a dude that has been here for 6 years and has barely played or stayed should be the starter. May the best man,but don't act like the fanbase is still thinks a certain way about QBs.

It will be a 2 QB system, imo. They don't want one or the other to leave especially Brennan. If it comes down to it, they'll give both a shot.
