Da CoachO has the maturity and judgment to admit a mistake and be a man about it. Aranda would welcome it b/c it takes pressure off the defense. Ensminger can get some sleep. And Alleva would like it b/c it represents the hire of arguably a bigger a-hole than he. Its a win all around

To be fair, that's to be expected with an offense that's run-heavy. They're 21st in the country in rush yards per game.

I'm on record of saying I liked what Canada was trying to do, and that I wanted to see if given time (and 100% implementation) what it would look like.

HOWEVER, the worst mistake one can make is repeating a mistake. It didn't work the last time, supposedly due to personality (Canada is a well known a-hole, which I like) conflicts, so it won't work the next time.

For the record, I didn't like the E idea. It is not as bad as I feared, but it isn't as good as we need. And that second part is all that matters. Improvement to the level of sucking less isn't real improvement. That's hyperbole, but you get my meaning.

If we're going there, there are other fish in the sea. Unfortunately if you combine the Miles firing, the Canada firing, our Admin, and if this goes that way the E demotion.... we'll have a hard time finding a good, proven OC. We'll have to go with a risky, hopefully good, but unproven guy. And O can't risk that with the pressure to win now. And he feels it. Ironically O painted himself into that corner himself. We're along for the ride. But the last thing he can do is repeat any of that.
