We're narrowly missing games on the road and looking like world beaters at home.

Which is exactly what id expect a team with less than a year of chemistry building to look like.

We didnt fricking build to win it all in year one. A lot of these guys are going to end up staying. Leavitt will get a year 2 under Lane , and we already have the QB of the future at 3rd string.

Lane is saying he needs time because he does. You think Cignetti pulls last year off in the SEC?

Not to mention our home games the rest of the way are incredible. We are not done celebrating on the year.

I am ok with it taking some time to build. I have confidence in Lane. I’m not ok with Baker getting out coached by Kentucky. He looked unprepared at times during the game. He needs to be better.

Many folks understand the ole Miss loss. That’s an emotionally charged game you were walking into a lions den.

The Kentucky loss was flat out inexcusable

no. complete anomaly what he did last 2 years.

i said this year we could be 8-4 to 12-0

my wishful thinking self was hoping for 10-2 and a playoff berth.

mathematically we are still alive for that.

while i saw us splitting between ole piss and TAMU and then bama and texas

i did not have us losing to Uk on my bingo card.

now we need to run the table. even if we finish 8-4 we will be fine long term.

we are just getting started.

we are not good on the road and playing at tenner and auburn is no picnic.

will be a tough road to hoe.

I’m here for the journey for sure. It does take time to build chemistry. I just wonder were there poor decisions by Lane. I was never familiar with his game management history. We’ll see where it goes from here.
