If it's not next year it'll be a while. This is his best opportunity, and I would hate to see us winless against Bama with Fournette

When are you going to beat the best in the world at whatever you do professionally? It's time.

He doesn't have the chest to do that. He will finish second on the back end against a quality opponent. But he may very well go undefeated in the first quarter.

We still lack great dts. overrated secondary. no proven passing game yet. Oline still undersized compared to bama's dline.

Either we'll have a new offensive scheme or the same old offensive scheme and a new defensive scheme.

The O-line is not undersized. But everything else is true.

Bama has a sh*t ton of players coming back as well.

I can't get on this "it's a foregone conclusion we will beat Bama because it's a home game" bandwagon everyone else is jumping on.

Will LSU avenge losses against Ole Miss and Arkansas? I believe so.

Is it possible that LSU has an "oops" game against UF or Miss State? I believe so.

10-2 is what I'm thinking.

Not without a better offense. We hadn't scored 20 against Bama since 2010.

It is time. That doesn't mean it will happen. If he can't take this team to an SEC West title, he probably should be fired. fricking John Brady could take this team to an SEC West title.

On offense, they're losing both Derrick Henry and Kenyan Drake, but return Ardarius Stewart, Calvin Ridley, and O.J. Howard for Cooper Bateman to throw to. Given the way Kiffin appears to like to run things, they should be much less physical and much more finesse next year, so we'll see how that works for them.

On defense, they're losing Reggie Ragland, A'Shawn Robinson, Jarran Reed, Denzell Devall, and Geno Smith.

Now obviously Alabama reloads like nobody's business, and they will have players up for national awards at the season's end that we don't even know the names of now, but based on what we know, what they return doesn't stack up to what we return.
