Oregon is a progressive state

Progressives have been trying to normalize pedophilia for over a decade

I'm not defending shite.

I won’t waste any of my time explaining to you why they should have kicked him off the team.

So. Is it your position that he should spend the rest of his life being penalized for what he did primarily when he was 14?

I appreciate the information. I have read more on it as the week has gone by and understand where you are coming from to an extent however this isn’t a situation where everyone just is too ignorant to make a judgment about this.

The baseline of facts are the facts. He raped his 4/6 niece. Period. Everything else is bullshite that wastes time the legal system and all the technicalities it’s just bullshite.

The next question should be if the school should have taken action after they knew of what happened. They didn’t. I don’t agree with that. I don’t care when they knew. They know and don’t want to do anything about it.

I’m just having a difficult time finding a middle ground with a small human lapse in judgment and committing the same lapse of judgement multiple times over three years

Because he admitted to molesting a small child. Any other questions?

Same question for you.

Well for one thing. I told you I thought he should have a life and get his degree. You lied and said I really didn’t believe that as if you are in my head and know what I really think.

I thought they should have kicked him off the baseball team when they knew about him pleading guilty to molesting his niece. It’s that simple.

He took a plea and admitted guilt in the court of law

He maintained his innocence before his plea, which was heavily recommended by his attorney, and through all court appointed visits with the court appointed psychiatrist

The court appointed psych believes he didn’t do it

He also never let any registration lapse. The law has admitted fault there and apologized

Y’all can go back to your 3 day mob melt, but I though I would correct some of the mos info

But anyone who would hire him should be held in disdain. Are reading what you type?

Um. You are saying that he shouldn't be allowed to play baseball and shouldn't get drafted..........so. Which jobs is he "allowed" to have?

It's not illegal to kick someone off of a sports program. You try again.

Erase the question marks. You are telling me what you have revealed about what I actually think. Don’t be a pussy. Go ahead and tell me Columbo.

I clearly told you that I wanted him to further his education seek help but be kicked off the baseball team.

You are trying to craft a narrative and it’s not working.

You're the one who is claiming you have zero tolerance for him being allowed to play baseball. A team that has no effect upon you.

Somehow, I don't think you'd support him being a Walmart Manager 2 miles from your house either.

Don't try to split hairs and be chicken about your opinions now.

Why seek help and get an education if someone employing you is deemed to be derelict by geniuses like you?

As for getting help.

Um. He did dumb arse.

He forced himself in her with his fingers. It’s not intercourse but yeah that’s rape in my book. What does it matter? Molesting a child or rape? What does it matter. This is a waste of time. What he did doesn’t warrant a career in college or professional baseball period.

He did it.

And the OSU fans have kind of exposed themselves. They are similar to Penn State fans.

No one questions that the act was bad.

The QUESTION is. Exactly how fricking long do morons like you think he should pay for what he did as a 14 year old?

The help he got was mandatory and apart of his diversion program and plea deal. Again, he still is lying about to this day. What is stopping him for doing this again with this many people coddling him and normalizing the behavior?
