I always thought it was funny that a kicker was trying to big league band members as if he was a real football player. I'm sure a lot of those band members were bigger than him 
And then the karma he got by missing the field goal later was just the icing on top.

All good atmospheres, but this game sits at the top of my list. And there are others sandwiched in between the ones you mentioned as well.

I got a commemorative band video from someone that year that is usually distributed to the band and family members. It showed everything from halftime performances to band practices, among other things. There were band members in practice wearing T-shirts after that game that said “F#%& Auburn”. Nice.

My memory of that happening was much more dramatic than the video showed. Another 10 years of memory degradation and I would have had our band beating the kickers with their horns. thanks for ruining that...

After the video wraps up, that's when the chant started and I specifically remember full beverages being dumped onto the Auburn section from the upper level of the south end zone. So, you remember correctly!
