When Burrow got to Cincy their entire culture changed. Mix that in with a guy like chase who already understands the expectations of burrow and the culture. Then mix in some hungry veterans who want to win and some more young guys willing to buy in. In less than two years the Burrow effect completely changed Cincy’s culture.

If the front office does the right thing and goes out to get him some protection they are going to be legit contenders for a long time. The number of times he’s been hit is extremely concerning because a human can only take so much. But I am expecting them to make the right moves. I’d still like to see a better coach there but burrow is going to allow Zac Taylor to keep his job longer than he probably should. The guy makes a lot of really dumb decisions and is getting bailed out a lot by Burrow, Chase, and other skill players.

From what I’ve seen in cincy, I’ll give burrow alone 50% of the credit for 2019. I’d give the receiving core 25%. The last 25 can go to the coaching staff.

The culture is related to having an elite qb.
Usually what it takes

Oh, so the D didn't even have to show up as they were nonessential in your thought process?? Burrow must have completely shut down OU's offense in that beat down and then the title game...agree that JB has significantly improved Cincy's culture.

They are good everywhere except the O-line so I imagine it's something the really go after in this years draft. The defense could use some help as well.

Imagine the contract offer. Smh-Lol. It will be off the charts, big, big money. Patrick Mahomes type of money.

If Cinci can win their first playoff game that city will erupt. Cant imagine going 3 decades without a playoff win.

Could be a landing spot for Terron Armstead.

They'll shore up the OLine through both the draft and free agency I think.

Three decades without a playoff win? Sounds like the Saints at one time.

It’s almost like he left with the winning culture from BR

Saints were an expansion team in 1967 and didnt get first playoff win until 2000 (so yes over 30 years). Since 2000 the Saints have obviously won quite a few playoff games in different seasons.

Bengals started in 1968, won first playoff game in 1981, won some more playoff games in 1988 and 1990...but since 1990 havent won a playoff game. So a little bit different. Saints struggles came as an expansion team basically never getting right till year 2000. Bengals actually won some games as an expansion team eventually, then suddenly after 1990 just have never won another

everyone believes you can win any game with elite QB

to be elite is no accident

look at what Burrow does in preparation to play a game each week

JR didn't even watch film

arm talent don't mean diddly in the NFL

See Tampa Bay Bucs last year. They do NOT win Super Bowl without Tom Brady!

One mistake shouldn’t define who someone is. Also, don’t get me wrong it was horrific, but he started to walk away and then she grabbed and struck him first.

Joe commanded respect the moment he met the LSU team in August of 2018. There was a quote about the locker room after McMillan transferred out. Essentially he said he came here to win and expected to do so.
