It is Incredible Just How Important Sam's Hamstring Injury Was to Our Season

Other than Burrow getting his flip switched at the end of the first half in that 2018 bowl game, how often does a QB improve THIS dramatically because of an injury? I can't remember ever seeing something like this.

All in due time. Leavitt was limited/held out of full-team drills during spring training. He was able to do individual and mental reps, but nothing physical.
He was declared 100% healthy and participating fully in preseason camp in August. His film showed that he obviously has all the tools and talent, so his improvement doesn't appear that miraculous to me.
I think anyone attributing his improvement to his injury is forgetting these facts. Yes, the hamstring injury did limit his mobility, but it didn't suddenly make him a better quarterback. The arm talent, accuracy, decision-making, and ability to read defenses were already there. If anything, the injury temporarily took away one of his biggest weapons rather than magically developing the others.
There's a difference between a talented quarterback continuing to develop and a quarterback improving because he got hurt. I think we're seeing the former, not the latter.

Really think this is bogus. His entire preparation leading up to that game and every game since it was to get better w his reads. He had to and would’ve gotten to where he is regardless of the hammy.

He was always Burrow. It's just that in 2018, he (and the other elite talent on offense) was held back by Ensminger's pedestrian offense.
When Brady came in 2019, Burrow and all that same talent was unleashed.

I’ve said it several times, including after his first game with the injury….
Sam suffered a season beginning injury

Didn't something similar happen to Matt Mauck?

Tried to tell y'all that. Mentioned how Mauck and Randall Cunningham became better passers are suffering leg injuries that limited their mobility but nooooooooo. No one wanted to hear it.
