It appears it’s not only replacing O but Peetz also

Just firing O still leaves Peetz. If you watched MJ’s postgame interview he was clearly upset. He’s not stupid. And he is a very good QB. But he even knows you can’t fix this coaching debacle. If there is a mid season change like most of us want then we need an interim OC and HC. Logically, E could salvage something as interim OC but who can step up as interim HC? Possibly, Woodward will have to go outside the program for that.

You aren't trying to salvage anything this year. This year is gone.
There is no need to get rid of Peetz. It accomplishes nothing.

It takes an entire offseason and fall camp to install an offense. You can't just bring someone in mid-season and expect them to run someone else's offense that they haven't been apart of or expect them to install their own offense in a few days. Plus, anyone worth a shite is most likely already employed or wants to be hired on permanently.

You do understand that the new coach will be allowed to bring in his own coordinators and assistants.
There are only one or 2 coaches who have a chance to be on the new staff next year
