Curley, a losing season in MBB, and we made the CWS but went 2 and Q

A year in which we went to Omaha can’t be considered the worst.

Well, that’s stupid, considering you’re reacting like a hormonal woman. But the answer is no, not even the worst in my lifetime. Look up 75-76. Losing record in all the Big 3

Is it the worst this century for the big 3? I think so.

It’s easily the worst in the big 3 in 50+ years, certainly in most of our lifetimes

It the worst in a long while but let’s not forget the 90s when lsu football had actual losing seasons.

hyperbole

Is it though?! We weren't close to relevant in football, fired our HC mid-season and barely made it to a crappy bowl game where we lost to a far inferior program. Basketball-nothing needs to said. Baseball, the after a Natty, won't make the postseason.

Even WBB, the biggest women's sport, lost to a lower ranked team in the Sweet 16.

Remind me a year that worse in modern history...

Holy hyperbole

No it’s not hyperbole at all actually. I went back year by year and this is the worst year for the big 3 sports since 1983. That year we had a losing record in football and missed the NCAAT in both basketball and baseball. Every year since then at least 1 of football, basketball, and baseball has had a good season.

Is that what the OP is talking about? Talk about hyperbole!

This season has been a major disappointment - easily argued that it has been the most disappointing ever. Especially given preseason expectations for the big 3. If you dont care or aren't personally disappointed, fine. But it's been a shite show on the field/court.
