We would be 5-2 with Brennan… O is still gone.

Ed O's down turn is much more a result of several poor off the field decisions that ultimately ruined the culture and climate of the program. That in turn carried over to on the field performance issues from players that didn't want to play for him or the LSU brand. Wins and losses at this level of football are much more about preparation. All of these guys know how to play football or they wouldn't be at a major D1 program on scholarship for it. None of what is happening in the program right now is a result a single player being injured.

I don't think Max is the problem, but he undeniably limits what the offense can do.

I agree.

I don't think there is much difference in record regardless.

Brennan wins us one more game. Either Auburn or UCLA.

Depends: is he still bringing sloors to practice and trying to start fights with random folks with Brennan at QB?

We’ve been trash all season and I highly expect them to return to trash.

In the Auburn game we had like three rushes by running backs in the first half. For the game, Kiner and TDP got 10 of the 13 RB carries, and averaged 4 yards. We weren’t failing; we just weren’t trying.

And all season we have had a straight vanilla running game. We finally started trying to fool people against Kentucky, and we’ve been dominating ever since - and against two stout defenses.

LSU has a good offensive line. It is shitty coaching that has been the problem.

Yes. There were key throws that Max mixed that could have changed the game. If i knew max wasn’t going to run this year..I would have preferred Myles.

Can we stop pretending that Max is that good of a runner? Being better than Myles Brennan should not be the qualifier for being a 'running threat'.

Myles Brennan didn't give up 3 catches for 117 receiving yards and a touchdown to a UCLA tight end. Or 42 points to a team that hasn't won a SEC Championship in 50 years. He also didn't make a player that was benched in the week prior look like Johnny Manziel. And the most important fact, he probably isn't going around chasing women half his age. This team is full of problems, throwing the football is not one of them. It's a shame that the QB battle did not fully play out, but regardless we have our quarterback. Soon enough we will have our coach

if we had brennan and weren't playing a zone blocking scheme without having the athletes on the oline to do it?

we're prolly 6-1 and edO would still be hfc next year.
