Would a healthy Brennan have saved O’s job? Discuss.

No. Offensive line is still crap. Defense while improved from last year is still suspect.

Agree we didn’t lose because of Max. I wonder if would have won with Brennan though. Is he that good to make up for the other flaws?

Sure, 300 yards rushing against a Florida defense that had been stout against the run is a sign of a poor offensive line.

We’ve had a very good offensive line all year; it looks like Peetz is finally figuring out how to use it.

no, but if this season has showed me anything. I would be willing to put everything I will own for the next ten years on the fact that Brennan would have been the starter if he wouldnt have gotten hurt. The way O has acted and tried to control everything, the qb1 spot would have been no different

Not with this oline and peetz at oc. We still do the same dumb shite the first half of the season. It took this staff half the season to figure out the best way to run the ball. Should have been figured out after the first scrimmage.

Yes, if we get the Myles we had last year we beat UCLA and definitely beat Auburn

Max is certainly not the problem.

No. O failed to do the things he needed to do to keep the program moving forward. He made a series of poor decisions and they came back to haunt him. The thought process behind his assistant coaching decisions is likely what ultimately did him in. You don't bring in coordinators who have never been coordinators to run your team. He didn't even interview some of the key personnel on his staff. You can then throw all the other stuff on top of the pile and it all caves in.

From an on field perspective he’s at best the 2nd biggest part of the problem……he’s garbage under center. He’s extremely slow in decision making and extremely inaccurate…..a deadly combo for QBs.

What are you talking about?

We’ve been trash all season and I highly expect them to return to trash.
