LSU has 11 natties since 1991 in football, baseball, and women’s basketball. NC St has 0.

I was pointing out a reply that didn't do any research.

I'm pretty sure WBB burned the second most money out of all sports on campus.

in 2022-23 we finished
Top 25 Football
Won CWS
Won WBB
I guess we sucked at basketball.

I am not sure they are doing too much better than us besides Men’s BB and they were a hubble team that got super hot

and i’m pretty sure football made a killing and baseball turned a profit.

we’ve also won recent Natties in Gymnastics, Track, and Golf.

LSU has won 42 team national championships to NC State’s 3 since 1985 (when current Freshmen’s parents would have been students in college).

i stand corrected on that. they lost a whopping $66k in 2023, but has turned a profit several times.

quote:

LSU baseball has often recorded a profit, making it one of the only college baseball teams to do so, but it lost $66,402 during its national championship run in coach Jay Johnson’s second season.

NC State has got to be in the top 5, maybe top 3, underachieving athletic programs in the country. Not just in any individual sport but the athletic department as a whole. They have SO much potential to be a strong department wide program with a great fanbase in North Carolina but they historically underachieve in pretty much everything. I don't understand it.

I don't know any people born in 1965 (to be in college in 1985) that were having kids in 2006 (to be 18 in 2024). I know it happens for people to have kids in their 40s, but it is pretty rare.
