Any of y’all remember the “U-Haul Stovall” chant?

If so, you're a lucky man.

Dinardo got multiple teams to bowls with teams full of talent, and even in his disaster year we'd lose close, competitive games. Potential was there.

Hallman years, LSU looked outclassed when it would played decent programs.

Curly could recruit. If you look at his classes, he recruited at a level that should have led to better seasons.

I still think Coach O can coach.

No, I don't believe it's that bad, we have had three top 5 recruiting classes. I remember the Curley days, we have way more talent than the early nineties.

He’s a good D-line coach that’s it he shouldn’t get involved beyond that. OL is terrible and there is no reason we shouldn’t be getting better talent here.

I 100% believe we are headed in that direction. We will frick around and win one or two conference games but I don't see much more than that.

I was in college during the curly years. I don't have the patience anymore I had for losing seasons back then.

Good grief. Regardless of the opponent (and don’t be naive, McNeese has a LOT of D1 players on their roster due to transfer) there was improvement on offense and particularly on defense. I don’t have a crystal ball but this team will be ready for SEC play. Even with all new coaches.

Not even close. Some of you are inflicted heavily with recently bias. Woodward is already in hire mode and is working the back channels. I believe he will swing for the fences like a Cristobal but will end up with Campbell or Napier. Either would be a marked improvement over the current Head Coach. God, I remember sitting in TS those days just getting fricking destroyed.

Friend of mine was on campus one day and decided to check out the ticket office. Asked if there were any season tickets available. Walked out with 4 on the 45/westside, 20 rows up.

the silver lining in being bad...errr in rebuilding years, is the chance to maybe ruin some other people's seasons along the way.

McNeese lost to a Div II school.
not FCS, an actual Division II school that has only existed for 5 years.

McNeese ain’t worth a frick.
