It’s well known that LSU is supposedly in his top 3 but was it ever confirmed that CBK or any coach has contacted him? I saw that he’s in Wisconsin this weekend.

I think if he was following Riley, he would’ve committed to USC by now.

I’d be confused if Kelly doesn’t try to grab him. After all, why would he come here if he’s not interested in having players that are on a different level?

I'd love to know the real answer.

I think the williams family reached out at the very least.

I mean I'm sure he has gauged interest level to determine if there's anything to pursue. I do think that Kelly understands big picture roster building. While Williams would be a fantastic get, he is cognizant of what his addition may do to the QB room. That has to be in his calculus.

Nope. Some idiot poster that out there. Have other important needs If Kelly did pursue it would be a max Johnson year all over again, missing receivers, not having his feet planted right when throwing. And sacks galore. Do you actually want that for the tigers. Let me answer that for you. You say NO Thanks :)

He wouldn't start next year and would be much better than Max anyway.

Caleb Williams is not coming to LSU.

In 2022. it will be Brennan and Nuss with Howard redshirting. 2023 qb race will be interesting.

I do, Nussmier is 20 times better qb than williams will ever be at the college level. So is walker, you wasting a scholarship on williams. No lsu coach has even visited Williams or offered him a Scholls, it's a waste of time and effort. Lsu needs corners they need a tight end. They need a running back. They need to add people to their defense. What can williams do for lsu besides take up a scholarship and nil deal? What did you see that kid can do? Break it down for me wise guy, let's see what ya got ??

Williams completed 64.5% of his passes for 1,912 yds and 21 TDs against 4 INTs. Averaged 9.1 yds. per pass attempt with a QB rating of 169.6. On top of that, he rushed for 442 yds and 6 TDs, avg. 5.6 per carry.

Now reciprocate and post 20-times-better Nussmeier's numbers. And try to spell his name right.

I can see what you are saying to a certain extent here. But do you think max took more sacks than Brennan would have? Brennen didn’t really have the best pocket presence in the 3 games in 2020. Much better passer, but the sacks would have been with either of these guys
