Is Blakeney staying?

Just curious. He was sort of a package with Simmons, and I suspect had aspirations of one and done. Not sure it worked out that way, but who knows what is in these kids' minds. (I really hope he doesn't transfer) Anybody hear anything either way?

Thats going to be a tough decision for him. Stay in a program headed down the drain or sell yourself to the NBA. Ide take the jump to the NBA but be ready for NBDL for 2 years.

Keeping Jones may be the only way to keep tone. Right now he wouldn't be able to transfer without sitting out a year and I doubt he wants to be in school 2 more years. So it's either NBA d league now or work hard in the off season and be the primary scorer for us next season. Tough choice for him but I hope he stays.

Blakeney isn't good enough to make a DL team right now. He's super talented and will be NBA good in a year or two, but he isn't close now. Transferring to another school seems foolish. If he wants to leave, he should go play overseas, which is what Ben should have done this year.

Somehow I think that the "illness" was an excuse for Blakeney no longer being with the team.

Blakenky had his problems with this team but he was not the cause of the problem
