I’ve thought through the small sample size that Landen Clark has actually looked like a better all around qb. I love leavitts escapability and extending plays with his legs but Clark can move a bit too and his passing has looked so much more clean and on target. Our defense is our strength right now and if this offense can get to 24-30 pts I feel very confident that we win this football game. I wish Leavitt a speedy recovery and I hope Landen Clark doesn’t let the moment get too big and just goes out there and plays his game. Geaux Tigers

I was more worried about Dottery on the questionable list.

I’m not worried about a thing.

Plus 60 threads on the same subject kinda pushes you in the direction of not giving a frick.

I think the gameplan to beating Ole Miss is not going to be relying on the QBs arm. As long as whoever is playing QB can hit the easy ones, then LSU has a good chance

If we had another head coach and another offense of coordinator yes..

We have the best offensive minded coach in college football. We will be okay

Someone told me this at the gym this morning, but does LSU get fined if Levitt plays?

Dude I know said bc LSU put him on the doubtful list that means he can’t play if they get fined.

I’ve never heard that before and I’m not seeing that anywhere

Exactly. We’ve blown ole miss out quite a few times with total dogshit behind center. We have more than serviceable arms behind Leavitt and in not convinced that they aren’t better arms.

Morons think we'd be ok.

There was no film on clark. Now there will be. His struggles will get worse if a team prepares for him

Yes I am worried... The same people on here shouting "Landen Clark" were the same ones shouting MVB last year and we saw how that turned out. I don't care how you look vs backups for Clemson and LA Tech.

And did we not miss the part where Charlie had to chat with Lane in the spring and tell him "We expected this when we signed Leavitt" with how terrible the Quarterbacks were in the spring while Leavitt was recovering from his injury?

Coming in during mop up duty is way different than on the road in the SEC

I'm worried about everything. But that's just my disposition.

I couldn’t think of a scenario where it would be good to play a road game with a team who possibly has the best QB in the country and you are playing a player who never has a start.

And pussies would be worried and not put some respect on Clark’s name. Quit acting like ole miss didn’t just get torched by Lincoln Kienholz from Louisville.

You forgetting the video game numbers Clark put up at Elon. And before you say small school doesn’t matter just remember how Chambliss got his start.

I mean all Clark did in the spring and fall practices was throw multiple interceptions in the scrimmage practices against the ones. I think the number was 5?? I guarantee anyone that if Leavitt is not a go, then we are in some trouble.

He might very well come in a do great. It’s still a bad situation.

I would take Louisville's QB over Clark all day everyday.
