Why is Canada's recruiting region so small?

BYU is 123/130 teams in PPG

Blanking then isn’t some crowning achievement.

frick there were drives where Chattanooga moves he ball at ease.

The whole team looked bad pretty much through the Florida game.

Canada's actions pretty much screws us with signing a QB this class

And what actions would those be?

Seems like o is the one meddling in the offense and pushing canada out the door.

Was it Canada's offense they gave up 37 points to MSU?

Canada is not going anywhere. Noah Cain is coming to LSU because of him. After Tyrion and Noah, Canada can write his own check at a good school.

Canada’s offense with 2 good RBs is waaaaaaaaay more effective.

No, but it was his offense that constantly put the defense on the field and could not score points. Even Bama gave up points to MSU, but their offense was competent enough to score when they had to. The defense has been under way too much pressure for years at LSU. Every defense gives up points from time to time, but our offense has not been able to take over in awhile. If our defense has a down night against a SEC opponent, then LSU has no chance. The offense has taken entire seasons off, but the defense can never have a down night. The A&M game was a great sign of offensive life, but then again, it was A&M.

I like Canada but yes. Briles would be a great pick. Agreed.

No. They sent him to California to keep him away from our top 2 qb targets. So obvious what’s going on. O is forcing Canada out.. it looks like that anyway.

C’mon man something is up. Canada is being kept from seeing our top 2 qb targets while being sent on a wild goose chase. O is keeping him away for a reason

He is a coordinator. Recruiting is not his main focus as it is for our lower tier assistants. Plus, when they hired Canada they knew he would not be here long. Why would you give major recruiting responsibilities to a short timer who will just take those relationships, you paid him to make, to his next gig?

It does appear that O is trying to undermine Canada. TBH, it is kind of a clumsy effort. All of these data points will be available at some point in the near future and I expect them to all point to Da Coach O.
I would be more adamant, but it is hard to sort fact from fiction at this point. It will not take long to know.

Well even shea at 247 said the situation is very odd sending Canada out west to see qbs who don’t even have offers

This is a rational thought I can ride with. I think all this Canada smoke and noise is nonsense to begin with, but if there does turn out to be something to it and Canada does hit the road, Orgeron better be sitting in Briles' living room before the Canada departure is made public. I'll leave it at that...
