players get hurt running into that area.
Ohhh it's not that common. I go to 20+ home games a year. And maybe twice our RF or 2b ran into the bullpen bench. I've never seen it happen in LF. I think our 3b tripped over the mound once.
I like it. I don't care if it's amateur-ish

Didn't one of the opposing OF break his leg running into the bench in RF?

Because it's 2023 and bullpens should never be in the field of play, risking injury to everyone.
Injury risk is the gayest reason yet.
It adds to the entertainment value to have them visible to fans in my opinion.

Anthony Rendon broke his ankle on the dumbass bullpen.
They are kitty league and need to go behind centerfield.

Ah frick the opposition.
I especially like when they lose the ball under the gate out there in RF and cry about it while our runners round 3rd.

Home Field Advantage.

ads gone now a digital screen back behind home plate
If the Ads scroll on and off, with an LSU logo, that should be an aesthetic improvement........

fans must have left early again!

How about putting a solid purple backdrop with gold LSU behind home plate and rid of those hideous ads. Backdrop at home plate not a place for playground type sponsor BS.

I have seen only ads on the screen since it has been in use.

Love the onfield bullpen. Cant stand when you cant see whos warming up or when they have to stop the game for people to trot across the field to the bullpen

Injuries are half of it, which is enough to itself.
Those bullpens look like cheap trash. I don’t give a flying frick about watching a pitcher warm up. There’s a game going on. LSU probably makes more money from baseball than any other college, if not it’s very close. The bullpens on the field look fricking budget, just like the batters eye and the aluminum bleachers.

They actually finished the circle in time

"Cheap trash": Skip designed every aspect of this ball park. Those left / right field bleacher seats are his design as well.
