They, from the very top, don't know their own rules that exist, much less show any consistency with their enforcement. It's the Wild West because they pick and choose favorites and THAT is the lack of institutional control.

It was a hilarious joke The SEC are now like SJW scolds. It also proves that this is PERSONAL. We need to make this the core mistake of Sankey’s life. It needs to haunt him. It needs to be in the first paragraph of his obituary.
