Moore is definitely out of his league... sounds too analytical in his answers. His demeanor is definitely not that of a head coach in the NFL, imo. He seems to have no fire and appears to be a "softie." Wonder how these professional players and assistant coaches react to his demeanor in meetings?

Saints absolutely got to fire Kellen Moore. Gayle needs to sell team also. GM Mickey loomis got to go too. This product they put on field last two weeks is awful but it’s been like this since Brees retired…

These GM’s live in their own little bubble and surround themselves with an echo chamber. So a guy like Moore gets a little buzz and idiots like Loomis hire the guy without any real analysis or input of their own. It should have been obvious to the Saints that this guy wasn’t ready and was a fraud. He was a right time right place guy. These GM’s walk around with blinders on and can’t see what is obvious to almost everybody.
