LSU will win this game, and it will be by a couple scores.

I don't know what I'm hoping for. Things like "we get what we were promised" are obvious but it's not happening. So I'll go a little off the books.

I want to see a lot of Guice. No reason to run Fournette 20+ times this game.

Badly? If the team just quits, I hope this doesn't happen.

Not to divert but anyone see the forecast next week? These afternoon/evening showers if stays like this should provide wet field and we know that means: LF/guice heavy dose!
Of course don't expect any MofOhio type game but I see about 45-3 Tiger rebound!

Someone asked about the JSU defense, so I can give you a rundown of that also. The strength of our defense is the front line. A couple of SEC caliber players there. Our D coordinator likes to blitz, so he will try to give Harris some different looks. The linebackers are small but good tacklers. Secondary is the apparent weakness. Lots of young talent there, but they haven’t had time to gel yet. Our first game, we also committed a lot of dumb penalties. That has been a problem area for us in the past.

Obviously, LSU is the deeper and more talented team. With 21 more scholarships, that should be the case. If you dropped 21 scholarship players and made it even, I would really like our chances. However, the JSU team always seems to play loose in these types of games. Over the last decade, we have beat Ole Miss, lost to FSU in the final minute, and lost to Auburn in overtime. I expect JSU to play well, but our odds of winning are not great. I would rather that you had won in Green Bay. We may have had a better chance of sneaking up on you.

very likely. Judging from yesterday's performance, a lot of the players, especially the OL and TE's, already have. Effort was horrendous and they were letting defenders into the backfield every play.

if LSU loses to JSU, it's going to get really interesting come monday morning. I still don't think Les would be fired in the middle of the season.

You could just put 11 folding chairs out there and they would somehow sack Harris twice and intercept him three times

Two days ago I would think you were on crack, but now, this is a real concern. Not sure why people are thinking we can just beat a smaller school because we are LSU. A first time qb starter beat us yesterday. What do you think a seasoned qb will do?

They are solid. LSU MAY win 1 game this year if they aren't careful.

Actually it will speed up Miles departure if we lose. Ya'll need to realize the worse things are this season the better the chances we get a better coach.
