After weeks of saying I wasnt going I changed my mind. I got 4 tickets and bringing my posse. We will be heads on a swivel and very laid back attitude deflecting any vitriol that comes our way. I’m thinking they know a bit bout “ old man strength “.

I was invited but the only possible way for me to avoid confrontation was going to be to stay sober and being surrounded by OM losers all day without alcohol sounded awful.

I am friends with a couple who used to make the trip every time we played in Oxford. They quit going because of the shite being thrown into LSU sections from the Ole Miss student section.

Don't forget that any fights will be seen by the Oxfart Barney Fife's as being started by LSU fans (even if it isn't true) and the LSU fans are going to jail.

If you aren't prepared to have to defend yourself. Or CAN'T defend yourself. Then going somewhere that people are openly saying they're going to be kicking your arse. Is probably not a good idea.
Plus who you think is going to get arrested in Oxford? The LSU fan defending themselves or the Ole Miss fan that started the fight? It's a lose lose situation going there.
