Correct. But if he turns that into a guy who’s in the low to mid 300s with plenty of power he becomes extremely valuable.

Skenes…..and trading up for #2

I'm taking Skenes if it's me. Sure, a fielder plays every day, but elite pitchers get you to the playoffs.

Pitching wins playoff games.
Skeenes is the one I'd pick as well

Crews is a rarer talent. Skenes is a stud and worthy of the top pick. It will come down to what they have in the farm system pitching wise.
I’d go with the guy who can play everyday.

Crews- everyday player. Even though I would bet he is in the show by this time next year- the risk for injury in a pitcher would sway me away from PS. Typing this my gut is telling me to take the guy that touches the ball 100 times a game too lol,

Well, yeah. There’s only about four or five guys like you described in big leagues. Last year, only 11 eleven hit over .300 and five of those hit over 25 HR.

If you were the Pirates would you go Skenes or Crews?
You misspelled “Reds”
ETA: I’m a dumbass. This year’s draft order is set.
But regardless, Reds will trade their first pick for a 2007 F150 and 4 complimentary plates of Skyline Chili.

For me I'll take the guy who plays every day vs a guy who plays for 6-7 innings every 5 games, which is what MLB pitchers are these days.

You think they’re both going to last until pick 7?

Skenes is a hoss, but he has trouble going deep in games.
Congratulations! This might be the dumbest thing I've ever read here.

Good pitching will overcome good hitting every time. Skenes hands down

I haven't seen the real Dylan in a few weeks!!!

The answer is Crews.
5 tool premium position players don’t just grow on trees.
A starting pitcher prospect us harder to find than a position player prospect but a 5 tool position player prospect is harder to find than a starting pitcher prospect

He was SEC player of the week against Alabama.
