The bleachers at the box are trashy as can be. Cmon man. And get rid of the high school type advertising in the fence.

There are no big problems with the Box that would require a rebuild or even a major renovation.That’s silly.
The PMAC is coming up on 50 years old, but has just had a big renovation. What’s to be done there other than build a new arena?

I agree that the aluminum bleachers are TERRIBLE! They need to ripped out ASAP and replaced with real seats with chairbacks. As far as the advertising goes, I take it that you have never been to a minor league game? That does not bother me at all, because it gives the box that minor league feel and extra income.

The PMAC. That place was fine back in the 1970s but has outlived its usefulness and seems antiquated now, particularly in light of LSU as a developing basketball powerhouse.

Been saying this for 10+ years. It instantly makes the Box look outdated. Even if they did like Arky and made the ads all green/white it would be much better. And add more chairbacks.

This is fricking stupid. I swear some of our fans have got to be window-licking retarded. The New Box was completed in 2009. Why the hell would we need to rebuild it? The PMAC is the obvious answer here.

It sucks LSU needed a new stadium so badly in the early 2000s because LSU went first and everyone else in the SEC followed and took ideas from LSU and then everyone else to make their stadiums increasingly nicer. In classic LSU and Skip Bertman fashion LSU went cheap on the Box. It’s only 10 years old but already needs a serious upgrade. It’s a shame LSU didn’t have any innovation and imagination to do something like Mississippi State did. That’s an incredible college baseball stadium.

Innovation and imagination have no place at LSU or in LSU athletics, just look at the exterior of Tiger Stadium. Let’s hope Woodward can change that horrible pattern.
