If you had the money what would you re- build? The Box or The P-Mac?

Both places need a major upgrade. I'm not talking just concession stands ether.

The PMAC is the answer. Just because other schools caught up to the Box doesn't mean we need to redo it. The PMAC is a dump and a fricking blight on Pistol Pete's name. It's needed major renovations or an outright burn down and rebuild for 2 decades.

The PMAC needs a rebuild while the Box needs a renovation.

PMAC needs a total overhual. However, there is nothing special about The Box these days. Very minor league cookie cutter.
