Fire all eva
Fire O or give extension.
Replace emsminger
Hire hitman for saban?

I would like a new offensive coordinator for sure. But if given 1 change I would definitely fire Joe Alleva.

Get better fans who actually support the team - good or bad - and don't get hysterical at the first hint of hardship, that realize that not every team wins all their games 50-0 every week and that, sometimes, the opponent is good too.
Maybe then there'd be less of the roller coast of "we're going to the ship!" to "we suck" and "fire everyone!"

Get rid of the Tigers mascot and find something more regional. Swamp Dogs? Crawdads? The Crumbling Highways? LSU Jazz? Don't know. I hate the mascot Knights because there are no knights in Florida. Conquistadors would have been alright for a Florida team or Shoeless White Trash or The Tank Tops to Church.
