Yep history never repeats itself. Other prestigious programs have fallen on much harder times. But hey we are LSU it won't happen here.

We're unranked and there is zero faith that he can win the opener because he's 0-3 since he's gotten here in them.
There's one thing to be unrealistic and overly negative- I think the fanbase does this with Nuss.
But Kelly is a grown arse man in a results driven business and he was given a kings ransom and we've regressed as a program and he's had some major screw ups along the way between Matt House, Bill Polian, Corey Raymond and Tommy Moffitt. Also wasting that historic offense last year.
Then you throw in his little bullshite call out of the fans after beating a 6-6 Oklahoma team - what good faith does he deserve at this point? Do you feel good about beating Clemson in 2024? If we lose that game do you feel good about going on the road to beat Ole Miss and Bama?

But how does trashing him on a message board and social media that recruits read help at all? Judge him and be pissed about the season, but the constant public trashing of our head coach by our own fans does nothing but hurt the football program. Why would a recruit want to come to a program where the whole fan base has turned on the team? And now, crying about how his ex team made the NCG just like he did when he was there…good god.

Or in my case (C) admit I was wrong in believing he he could never get over the hump and actually win a NC! People seem to believe that you can’t dislike the guy and not believe in him while wholeheartedly pulling for LSU to win! I’ve never wanted to be wrong more in my entire life! Yet numerous fans have dismissed Freeman and ND win over UGA because the starting QB didn't play. A UGA team that has had several 5 star back up QBs leave.
