If we don’t turn the ball over I’m struggling to see how we don’t score 30 plus

Truly think we will pass all over the field on their secondary. They’re an opportunistic backend but they give up plays. They struggle in man coverage and leave holes in their zone coverage. If the o-line can hold up , green, Jackson Harris, Winnie, and jones in the flats are goin to feast.

No turnovers is usually a good indicator of victory, especially against a tough opponent.

I’m dying to see what happens and this feels like the longest week ever. Almost glad about the 2:30 kick just so I don’t have to wait longer to see what happens.

Part of me looks back at 2019 and this was the game that we went into feeling like I think I know this team is special but I’m still cautious because of recent history. Then they go in there and put on a show.

I don’t expect this game to be like that but I am hoping that it will be a moment in the season that we look back to when they took that big step forward.

Bama is good. 30 is a tall order if their defense is whole.

The only 2 decent teams we played we lost to.

I hope for a win but I also temper my expectations as this is a really good team we are playing.

Truly am getting more and more anxious for this game simply ready for the ball to spot and kickoff to happen. This truly does feel like an early defining game in the Kiffin era. We have been hot lately, have green back, and will be in front of a rowdy Death Valley crowd. Everything is aligned for us to make a statement like we did in 2019 or even 22.

At the same time we’ve also been on the other side of the coin by laying a massive egg in 24 in a similar do or die situation at home vs bama. Reality is we fired BK and hired lane to win big time matchups like this. Confident he’ll have the team ready play like the bayou bandits we know they can be.

For sure it’ll be a dog fight and they’re getting some pieces back like Zabien brown and their nose tackle.

I just think we have clear matchups we can exploit when it comes to their backend combined with our offense being red hot. I’m not saying this offense is as good as 2019 but that team put up 40 plus on a bama defense loaded with nfl dudes and Nick Saban. I think we have the talent and great offensive coaches in Weiss and Kiffin to get to above 30

I'm worrying bout our secondary and dline stopping their QB

Depends which Sam Leavitt starts the game. I expect SL nervous at the front end, which may result in a pick. Just don't let it be a pick 6. He will settle in and find his groove.

Good guys 24, turds 20.

We lead the country in sacks and when baker lets the dbs play man they’re an elite unit. Now if he comes out playing soft zone just like vs ole Miss it’ll be a long day.

Bama gets a lot of turnovers, so that would be huge.

We are at the point if the season where you aren’t going to win because your opponent is weak.

We need to play our best. If we do, I think we win and move the ball like you said.

If we don’t, Bama has the potential to whip us.

I really think the only way we lose is with turnovers.

Our TO rate and Bama’s ability to create turnovers and convert them into points is the one thing that really concerns me this week.
