If we accept any penalty or suspension we should burn LSU to the ground

Everyone needs to make it clear that unless they have proof that we broke a rule, we are not going to accept any penalty or suspension of our coach because Sankey is a little thin skin stupid bitch that testified like an idiot and got made a fool. And his feelings were hurt by the cold gumbo comment that was made into a funny SEC short, and Kiffin made a joke as halftime. We have complied with every bullshite thing they ask. This is a volunteer league not a kingdom where we have not an appointed King, Greg Sankey. The constitution doesn’t take a back seat to bama politics.
We have plenty of wealthy alums, the two most powerful mothers in Congress, very powerful senators, likely the support of the president, support of all the elected officials in Louisiana, etc.
We are not some weak arse bitch. We should be filing lawsuits in federal court in Baton Rouge not only against the league and the schools our every mfer personally, the Georgia AG, every coach that said shite, the REC and every alum group, and every big money alum we have heard behind this shite.
Sherman was right, when you go to war, you burn it all down and salt the earth. We have do many great legal positions on this,
This gump judge isn’t close to being some final word on this, file a motion for recusal, isn’t her husband in the REC? Then appeal anything she does to the 11 circuit, they will dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. They will not want to get involved in this shite. Also we can start a congressional investigation into her ties to bama, possible impeachment etc, Sankey etc
Conferences will be gone within 5 years anyway.

I highly doubt they accept anything other than what’s already been pushed down.
LSU is violating a restraining order to comply with SEC rules, that’s more than enough.

LSU never rostered/played the players

I have absolutely no idea what the SEC/Sankey wants. LSU owes them no apologies. It was the players who brought the lawsuit first, not LSU. As far as "lack of intuitional control" I have no idea how they can say that. Sankey is doing this because he was shown to be a clown in court. The more bullshite he tries from this point on will only make him more of an idiot.

When the 11 circuit determines they have no jurisdiction in bama over this shite, and they will. You have no idea how many legitimate cases, including some of mine that are dismissed for lack of jurisdiction in the 11th circuit but it’s nuts and many times more likely than in the 5th circuit.

If LSU finalizing its roster, excluding the two players in question, doesn’t satisfy the SEC, then there’s clearly an ulterior motive at play.

I wish this would happen. I’m at the point now I’m ready to see CFB burn. Now that LSU finally puts it together in the NIL era and has something that looks pretty sustainable, we’re getting kicked out now over a bogus, not very well-defined, rule that others have broken and completely obliterated.
I get the SEC wants to take a stand and show rules need to be enforced. I’m completely fine with that. As Lane said though, you don’t get to pick and choose which court orders you follow.
The SEC either needs to threaten to kick everyone out rostering or that has used an ineligible player with a court order, or no one gets to play with an ineligible player. That’s fair to the players as well. Other than that, time to burn it down.
I also get why that’s not going to happen. We have too much big donor money wrapped up into this to let their future interests/investments vanish without the guarantee of SEC money and prestige.

The players lawsuit isn’t going anywhere either. They will add Sankey and the SEC etc as defendants right after this plays out a bit

And to go a step further, the roster is now locked. The two "pro" players that made Sankey wet his pants in the first place cannot be added. So.... what's the problem?

I'm old enough to remember when we wanted to keep politics out of sports. Now, we encourage it. 
You wrote this and then still wrote why politicians should interfere in private business matters of a voluntary league.
I'm also old enough to remember when conservatives wanted the government to stay out of private affairs. Now we're calling on the president to get involved in college football. How about we let that stupid MFer worry about more important things (that he's already miserably failing at). I guess this is how things change when you annoint a lifetime Democrat as the God of your party.

Do you realize how much is at risk? Hundreds of millions of dollars in lost revenue for LSU, the Baton Rouge community and the state. Not the just the short term but the long term as well. Think of the all the bonds floated by the TAF for construction.
Yes, the situation is unfair and the hypocrisy and selective enforcement is beyond apprehension. There is a double standard being applied that is way the frick over the top.
Regardless, sometimes when your back is against the wall or someone else is holding all the cards, you have to know when it's time to seek the best possible outcome.

if they vote Thursday to kick LSU out then the SEC is in violation of the Louisiana judges ruling. Sankey will be brought back to Louisiana because he violated a court order. he will be arrested.
