If UAB had two Heisman quality receivers, this game would have been much closer.

If UAB's offensive line consisted of all first round NFL draft picks, the game would have been closer.

If UAB had made four 50 yard + receptions, this game would have been much closer.

You can do this ad infinitum. But, it is an idiotic analysis.

If your mom had a dick... she'd have probably done the same to you that your uncle did.

Probably right, but I think the game plan was to keep everything in front and make them drive

That could be because Perkins tends to have that kind of effect on a QB and that’s not going to go away when we play better teams. But it does concern me that their receivers were missing catches a typical SEC receiver would make.

If LSU had Maason Smith they wouldn't have scored at all. How's that for a hypothesis?

House focused on stopping the run, therfore there were receivers open. But House did this based on knowing what the QBs weaknesses were. That's how defense works.

UAB strength is running the ball, how many yards did they get on the ground?

Didn’t we make Bryce Young look average?

If our DBs made perfect plays every time they step on the field, the game would have been a shutout Karen.

And LSU would still have won decisively.
