This entire board is WAAAY too Bama obsessed. Jeez, just worry about what we can control. Bama, for the last decade, has been on another level. They've beaten us 7 straight. It's not because of cheating refs, a corrupt SEC office, or biased media. It's because they have a better coach and better players than everyone else and they play solid ball every week. It's that simple. After losing 7 straight, wE don't have the right to bitch about them. Beat them, then we can talk. Until then, it all sounds like jealousy and sour grapes.

They think that every year. It's never true. They just have the most bias in their favor in recruiting with cash, PEDs, scheduling and officiating biases. Oh and the mulligan and bye week as a reward for losing. Combine that and the curious year after year never ending success becomes obvious.

They said same thing about Oklahoma in 2003 before they lost in BIG12 title game and to us in NOLA.

He's not saying from a ranking standpoint idiot. He's saying the media/sports "experts" and insiders on espn etc are giving us no chance of beating Bama pretty much. They are saying that we have no shot and if Bama loses its because they "slipped up" and not be LSU just beat their arse. That's what he's saying, and it's the truth. Joey Galloway is a douche. That guy had LSU #6 or some sit in his poll lol.

Imagine this....when LSU beats Bama, Clemson#1-Bama#2-LSU#3. Makes complete sense for the current rankings. The Tide stumbles to #2.....

They can play a schedule where their opponents have an aggregate losing record. Where the best defense they have played is ranked 93rd in all of college football. They can lose to the only team they will have played that is a serious contender (LSU), they can avoid playing any of the top three teams in the SEC East (Florida, Georgia and Kentucky) and they WILL STILL MAKE THE PLAYOFFS.

there are people who say this every year. They are certainly good but until they beat a respectable top 25 team we can't judge them yet.

How nice that they can get in some extra rest by skipping the SECCG again and let the midget spend that time using ESPN to whine and beg their way into the playoffs. As if it isn’t bad enough that the SEC protects them on the field, their schedule makers pave an easy path as well.

No this won't happen. If LSU wins, they will definitely be ahead of Bama because of the head to head and plus of LSU's resume. However, they will definitely make the playoffs with 1 loss.

no, when I fail, I don't blame others. I look inward to see what I did wrong and how I can improve. I'm not a victim.

Took the final seconds and some luck for Clemson to beat Syracuse.

What gets me is Reece "Big Gump" Davis laughing and saying, "Too bad LSU no number 3 team has ever made the playoff!" and "This poll will be different next week after Alabama goes to Baton Rouge" but said it in such a condescending way that everyone knew he meant, "LSU will be gone next week!"

Keep the disrespect coming.
All I hear is the media and everyone hate LSU, now it's the committee.

The same committee that ranked us with 1 loss over an undefeated Notre Dame, who not so surprisingly, this board is always complaining that they're the media darlings.

The persecution complex is real!!!

You're actually right. THe guy you quoted is stating that not to make excuses. And the way the world works nowadays is it's never your own fault, you can always blame someone else, which you appear to be content doing.

that's just Vegas, and all they care about when setting the line are the betting actions of the public.

Are you now adding Vegas bookmakers to the list of entities that hate/disrespect LSU? The list is getting long.

So a #3 team being a 14.5 underdog at home is a sign of respect?

Shocker, a fanbase of millions will have varying opinions. Hot take...

again, Vegas doesn't respect or disrespect any team. They set initial lines based on what they think the BETTING PUBLIC will do, and then move those lines based on the actual money being bet.

Now if you want to argue that the betting public disrespects LSU, then that's fine. But Vegas bookmakers don't care.
