Which part is dumb? I don't see how he can suspend or penalize for something that a court ordered and also something that did not happen.
You could be calling the OP dumb for saying he didn't prove anything for all we know.

I’m interested to see why they’ve added our attorney general to the suit They’ve just empowered our entire state government to go after them and then Kennedy chiming in today from a federal level. Going to get interesting.

I think the oversight is him not being able to do anything by himself. The problem is going to be the President of the Executive Committee is also President of the “Lane Kiffin Should Die in a Fire” fan club.
