Our problem is not coaching. Coach O has two of the best coordinators in the country working for him and they didn't all of a sudden forget how to coach.. That's ridiculous.

IMHO we messed up last year by firing Miles when we did, we should have waited until the end of the season , said adios, kept Aranda and then charter a jet to Pullman, Washington and offered Mike Leach the job with a blank check.

I don't care one bit if a guy is a douche on a personal level. Is he a winner? Players want to play for a winner. They don't care much if the coach is a lovely guy -- they want a winner.
