What would you do?

Enter a cycle of depression from which you can’t recover?

Become bulimic?

Kill yourself?

Kill your family?

Try heroin?

Become a male prostitute?

I think some of you people would be in total despair.

Basketball and baseball, like the Tennessee fans do.

It isn't complicated.

We did have like a 6 yr window before Dinardo where we stunk. When I moved to Louisiana, Shaq had LSU as a basketball school in my mind at the time.

Won’t happen, recruiting landscape is too different. LA puts out a ton of good players, Tennessee not so much.

Never say never. But Louisiana has waaaayyy more in state talent than Tennessee. This alone gives us a fighting chance against a prolonged downturn.

Many of us lived this in the 90’s. It’s not fun. The worst part is your expectations change too. Keeping it close against a top ten team is wonderful, and if LSU happens to beat that team by some miracle, you feel like LSU just won the natty. I do not want to experience this again.

That’s the exact reason why tiger fans gravitated to baseball in early 90s.

It has happened before and it will happen again….hopefully not in my lifetime, though.
