However, there are folks here who seem to think Brady did everything so I'm curious why they think E is even an OC if he isnt capable of performing that job.

It was the most well-balanced/productive offense I've ever seen from any team, so probably not, but it doesn't need to be the best ever to be really successful.

Brady was terrific. He’s gone, but his playbook isn’t Coach E called most plays, and Linehan has been an innovator and will take our philosophy and develop QB’s. We are fine and Coach E pulls his weight.

Sidewalk, sounds you know what is best. Also sounds like you refuse to give O much if any credit. Get over that, and you will be able to enjoy football season again. That is probably impossible, however, because you will be the guy that starts threads when next years offense does not match the unrealistic stats of last years offense that happened to be one of the best of all time.
Regarding the OC: Ensminger has stated very plainly that Brady called most 3rd downs, and red zone plays. E did everything else.
Give O the credit that he has created a shadow staff that has helped the preparation for each game as well as evolving the offense/defense to become less predictable. IE running new plays off of formations that had become tendencies.
