First of all, unless we are playing in St Louis, it’s arc not arch. Secondly, the only team that can beat us is us. We have as much talent as anyone if we can keep our focus. Belmont is no better than Yale IF they even beat Maryland. BUT, any team can get hot from 3 and win a game, even us.

Our offense was the problem in the second half, not our defense. We had only given up 60 points with 2 minutes to go until Yale hit 4 threes in a row.
We scored 45 points in the first half and only 30 in the first 18 minutes of the second half.

We made enough plays to hold on, but B Williams, Reid, Waters, and Smart made enough bone headed plays in the second half to keep me worried.

If we play like we did in the first half we beat Duke. If we play like we did in the second half we lose to Broadmoor Middle.

When you don’t have to bust arse to defend a more athletic oppponent, your outside shooting is better because you are not tired. YALE hustled but their legs were tired and outside shooting suffered.
If Tigers play like todsy and shoot better from the line like they ususly do, sweet 16 will happen.

Belmont is beating the socks off of Maryland now. So far Maryland is the most unimpressive team I've seen in the tournament. They may still win this game, but they're not earning any style pts.

Do you realize how lucky and happy we would be to have our second round game ,in the NCAA tournament, against an 11 seed... Especially an 11 seeded Belmont?
It could be much worse, and will be most of the time, in the future, or in the past ,for that matter.
