Since western science is a colonial, social construct, how can math not be political?

The RPI takes into account a historical sample of performance, not just the past three events.
Kinda like your credit score.

RPI is slanted to help Northern teams who can’t play at home at the beginning of the year due to snow.

Nice non sequitur. Math is not western science, but carry on.

Not sure why this got down votes, it is actually true. The NCAA has said that they tweaked the formula to give a far heavier weight to road wins specifically to offset the disadvantage that northern schools have with having to play so many road games early in the season.

Math is a social construct?
Does 1+1 change depending on what's en vogue for the times?

Is it like batting average? Hard to move the needle late in the season ?

From 44 to 33 in one week that is pretty impressive.

I am sure someone already said this but....
It is mathematical you dumb shite. This isn't a poll, it is a formula.
RPI Formula is as follows:
Road Win - 1.3
Home Win - 0.7
Home Loss - (-1.3)
Road Loss - (-0.7)
Neutral Site Win - 1
Neutral Site Loss - (-1)
Also, all games are included in the following weighted percentages:
D1 Winning Percentage - 25%
Opponent's D1 Winning Percentage - 50%
Opponent's Opponents D1 Winning Percentage - 25%
