Those guys, combined, had like 800 receiving yards and 6 touchdowns in 2021.

Not what you'd exactly call "first round locks."

So who is he developing now? Do you see these guys being playmakers next year or do you plan on this recruiting class of true freshman to come in then be developed in 2 to 3 years from now?

I don't know, 3 NFL superstars right now? Daniels, Nabers, and BTJ?

I don’t consider nabers btjr as his guys. And everyone keeps repeating those names but who has or is developing right now? Who in the future? 2/3 years down the line on this recruiting class ain’t gonna cut it

How is Northern Illinois doing this year? Hope they are putting the money ND paid them to good use.

i hate comments like this...it is easy to bet on someone failing... if you are right its a "i told you so" and if you are wrong no body cares about your assertion because they are winning and it goes unnoticed until they do fail and here comes back the "i told you so" person

I'd like LSU's chances to make the playoff if they played Notre Dame's schedule.

I live in Atlanta and for the first 5 years people were chattering that Kirby Smart “was never going to win the big one” “not going to get over the (Alabama) hump” and “is underachieving with the talent he has”. And then the program turned the corner and broke through to summit the mountain.

I was struck by the surprise and pity in Herbstreit’s voice towards the end of the game where he said, in effect, “LSU needs to recruit SEC-caliber players”.

We are at least 2-3 seasons away from reaching the summit my friends…

Luckily for Notre Dame, A&M left Weigman in for the entire game.

This is my biggest problem with Kelly. He hates playing young players. He is stubborn to the core.

No he won’t? He will be gone at the end of the 2024 season.

The players in his oldest class are in their second year. His second class are only freshmen.

Bradyn Swinson is a figment of my imagination, I guess.

You also conveniently left out Jayden Daniels when responding to his post. Will I find a "he's never going to be the guy" post in your post history? Be honest.
