Leavitt was much improved, we lost due to shitty coaching, poor tackling and the refs

The fumble was something that never, ever should have happened. It wasn’t just bad, it was so bad that it should go down as the play all other bad plays are measured against.
And I consider the play call, which is a coaching issue, to be included in that catastrophe. It was a bad call by the staff and a horrible idea to attempt any throw there.
Several things lost the game last night, but that was near the top of the list. We run clock there and take care of the ball and the game likely goes our way.

Leavitt is our best offensive player outside of Seaton and maybe DJ

He's our best...and our worst. (Other than left guard)

He’s given up one pressure all season.

Other than a couple of bonehead plays, he is getting better.
it’s a petty simple game plan.

Deep zone. Rush four w an occasional blitz and he will eventually give you the ball. Our OL isn’t good enough to keep a ckean pocket for him and if they keep any edge integrity he will hand it to the other team.

CLK came up at USC running a lot of plays out of the power I. With this offensive line he may need to simplify the offense from time to time to get Sam in rhythm

Agree, but ensuring he returns for a Senior year at LSU with the current state of NIL is more difficult than it used to be
