Its so funny that LSU Fans having a seat at the big dog table in the SEC is so afraid to simply state that this is a game that LSU SHOULD WIN. Bunch of vaginas hiding from obligation of what it means to have a seat at the table of a top 8 program.

one team is coming off a playoff appearance and nearly made the Championship game. The other barely beat .500 and fired their coach.

Regardless of what you think, the pressure is on Ole Miss.

Such a bad take.

Disagree. If LSU looses, no one will be questioning the Kiffin hire or lose their mind. We know our run is starting and their’s is coming to an end.

If OM looses, it’ll be a total melt down. Perhaps they’ll rally behind Golding in the public eye, but the murmur will be one of question. Moreover, it’ll likely lead to more losses.

The LSU community will be ok with a 9-3 season, no matter how we get there. The OM community will completely implode if they don’t make the playoffs.

Absolutely not. Its this simple

LSU wins. It will Absolutely 100 percent destroy that program. The future becomes very dark for them. Even more bleak than it already is once they lose their main claim to fame. Chambliss and Lacy. A loss here is going to be a sneak peak into the next several years for them until they finally part ways with their "Golding Era".

An LSU loss here and everyone points and laughs for a little while. The future is WAY more bright at LSU than ole miss. Win or lose.

Ole Miss better just count their lucky stars they were allowed to cheat and play Dr. Chambliss for his 6th year. Because had they not. They'd already be 1-1 and lookin at 1-2. A preview of next year

Its really not. Lane is building something here. We willingly BURNED our program to the ground to start anew.

Theyre DESPERATE to prove that they can still be dominant and hang with the big boys even without lane. Theyre desperate to prove that theirs wasnt burned to the ground.....Their entire program right now is built on the coattail of Lane. If they hadn't gotten Chambliss for his illegal 6th year (cheating pussies). They'd already have a loss to Louisville

All of that bullshite is true, but what's also true for this season is Lane Kiffin brought in some fantastic offensive players last year to Ole Miss and now we have to deal with them. For Ole Miss to have a shot, Chambliss has to go off and he might. If that happens, LSU could lose this game and will still be the big dog, better program, more setup to win championships, etc.

When Lacy and Chambliss are gone, OM will regress to the mean, if they haven't begun to already.

So, Chad.... you don't think there's any pressure on ole piss to win? you think they are just playing with house money because this is Golding's first HCing job? You don't think that ole piss isn't out to prove that they don't need Lane? You don't think they want to prove that they have the better program?

I think that pressure is real on both sides and regarding the money... LSU isn't number one in money spent in NIL.

Theyre not even number 2, 3,4 or even 5 in amount of money spent. In fact Ole Miss spent in the same ballpark as LSU. Yes LSU spent more. But Ole Miss is in that same tier

I mean frick look at Oregon. They have a 50 million dollar roster and lost to a team. Who hadn't won against an FBS opponent in two seasons......

It’s more desperation to want to win and possible last chance to do so. I would not classify it as “pressure”.

you do know one of these teams is losing tomorrow.

If it is a close game as most of the last handful have been, it won't be egg on anyone's face as both teams are talented, well coached, etc.

If either gets boat raced, then the narrative will change as it should.

I personally think we have a higher chance of running away with a win and it getting out of hand due to our D, but this is why we play the game.
