I have more respect for Bama than Auburn. I have considered Bama the real enemy my entire life time, minus the few years Archie was at Ole Miss and they were relevant, even though I was very young then. I don't like Auburn, but Bama is the dragon in my front yard.

I get the Scam Newton saga sucked but Gump Nation makes Auburn look like saints when it comes to cheating.

I hope I'm correctly assuming that you are a young college student, given the way you post on here.

What is funny is you say Alabama had DOMINATED Lsu in Baton Rouge, historically of course. The funny thing is that in the games you remember, which I'm going to stretch it and say from 2000 and on, Lsu is 4-5 against Alabama, with 2 overtime losses, a last second loss in 2012, and this year's 10-0 loss. In fact, the only time bama has dominated Lsu in Baton Rouge, in your lifetime of watching Lsu, is 2002. Is bama way ahead of Lsu overall, sure. But over the last few decades it has been very close in BR.

I mean if you want to talk historically, why not talk about Princeton and Yale being the greatest programs in the history of college football...with by far the most national championships.

We know though, you are just stating facts, even if you weren't alive to watch them.

Hate is a terrible emotion that should be reserved for extreme cases.

If the emotion hate arises in you regarding a game then you should take a long, hard look at your soul.

I was at the 1972 Sugar Bowl when Oklahoma beat Auburn. I enjoyed watching Auburn lose then and have continued to enjoy Auburn losing, ever since.

I really really hate the Big Ten. I scoff at the way these other conferences think they enjoy good football. I'm over rooting for the SEC in terms of thinking it makes us look better, but there's nothing like a Big Ten/XII/PAC 12/ACC fan who is rightly shown their place by an SEC fan/team

When Bama is held accountable for the Fluker fiasco.

IOW, NEVER. LOL

Emmert isn't going to take down anyone in the SEC as he would then have to go after the cash cow.

I'll tell you the same thing my AU friends tell me: "Look, sorry we screwed you guys a few times, (2004 and 2006 immediately come to mind), but you have to understand....we live in the same state as the REC. We are just trying to keep up..."

1993, Terry Bowden's first year and the year Hallman lost to Florida 58-3.

Living in Montgomery, Alabama fans have become much more obnoxious.
