I liked the fake punt call. It almost worked too.

Moreau did have a bad game run blocking, but that failed fake punt wasn’t on him. ZVR just overthrew him.

I liked the call also. unlike miles late in his tenure we seem to be trying to win and sometimes that takes unusual plays. like the going for it on fourth down. the situation playing auburn required pulling out all stops and taking some chances. also, having our defense to back us up if we fail is also a big plus

It gives special team coaches down the road something to worry about, and if nothing else, that's a plus for LSU.

That was the worst fake punt attempt I’ve seen at any level. I’m not sure what sport von Rosenberg and Moreau thought they were playing, but it was not football.

Yep It was pretty damn bad lol. Just too difficult of a throw for a punter.
But I didnt love the call to begin with

What's the old line...when a fake punt works, great call and when they don't then they're shitty calls.
