WTF did he fix? If you feel the need to ask that question your shouldn’t be left alone on a computer.

What an indictment that is

He implies that poor play is not hurting recruiting, that’s it’s going well. Coach O had several misses before he solved it the first time only because he had E’s input on Brady.
He has also had several bad misses on the recruiting side. That 2018 class is 100% on him.

And FWIW the 2019 class has been iffy at best so far.

bullshite. If he knew what was wrong, he wouldn't have let it get this bad or waited until the last three weeks of the season.

Well he did fix and build a championship team, the best ever, so I can buy this. He has this offseason to work it out

It’s an uphill climb as he didn’t “fix” a team like this. He had a good team and made them great.

Having said that, I think he can make the changes but it’s not an off-season fix, imo.

A good Chief Executive will always ask for input from people he/she trusts. They will then weigh the opinions/advice offered and make a decision. It is not a weakness to seek advice; It is a strength.

Miles had rotted the program to shite. O fixed that in a few years and built a championship team.

Now he spent the offseason ruining what he built but he did build a real winner

Why doesn’t Dabo or Saban have to fix their program? Hint maybe bc they stay on top of it and hire good coaches and hold players and coaches accountable.

How LONG has he known "we have to fix it"?
And why hasn't it already been fixed?
How long should it take?
Why does he keep having to "fix" things broken during his watch?

Wrong answer,
He solved it before because he landed Tracy, Burrow and Brady. Without them O would not be coaching this season because ‘18 and ‘19 would have been much different.

This is dramatic. It was time for Miles to go, but he never had a losing season. The program dropped from championship contenders to just “good”. What we are seeing this year isn’t even good.

Orgeron has to get the ship righted next season or he might not get another chance.

Yadayadayada.

Enough talking and B/S'ing every week. O is the head coach. Fix it!

He doesn't know how to figure it out. Orgeron doesn't have a Coordinator's skill set. There was a reason USC passed on Orgeron after his stint as interim. He's a rah-rah players guy, more suited to a Recruiting Coordinator.

I have no doubt he will, but that's not the problem. You have to put systems into place and it's obvious that's not where we are.

At 4 years, he's had time to develop a system instead of constantly plugging holes.

I think There was an honest attempt to keep the offensice system going. You hope E can take over now that he has Brady’s playbook and Linehan can fill in the cracks.

I don’t think that has happened at all, but I at least understand the want to keep the train going.

But if knows he needs to fix it that’s important. Idk what’s going on but we need someone who knows what they’re doing coaching a college offense.

You sure? O and Bo have never worked together before, so this wasn’t a BBQ buddy situation. Supposedly Pete Carrol, who O obviously has a lot of respect for, recommended him.

There are no contracts that have to be eaten. Bo, E, and Linehan are all excellent coaches who get along great. Ensminger will retire when he's ready. He's not a guy who will hang on when he's no longer putting in the work. He is a true LSU Tiger, and he'll do nothing to hurt the program.

Bo and Linehan will both be here next year. Bo is an excellent defensive coordinator. I don't know much about Linehan, but if they need to buy him out it's not that big a deal.

There was an honest attempt to keep the offense going that’s true. But it’s been woeful for multiple reasons. Why are our two experienced linemen playing so poorly? And no leadership on offense. Seems like a lot to address.
