Bech and Nuss to TCU any takers on a $100 bet?

He can still come back. If he doesn't get a good spot somewhere, I think BK would take him back and let him work his way up the chart.

3. Jenkins leaving-has chance to be number 1 or 2 elsewhere, not here
4. He’d be in the rotation next year with a senior year to shine left- he will be that next year elsewhere.

Kayshon Boutte coming back, that's probably it

There are better offenses for him to play in, with less dudes to compete with and less pressure than he would face at lsu.
At lsu he has to do everything perfectly in order to play and I think that got in his head this year, on top of the injuries he was working thru

Just hoping they stop doing stupid stuff like going to Lacy on 3rd down.
Come on man, y'all need to stop with the Lacy hate. Yes, his two drops against A&M were huge but he has been money all year long.

His catch’s are down because of miss games due to injury

I always thought coming out of high school we would try to beef him up to 240lbs for a hybrid TE

Thought that as well. There is a lot to like about him and he can be a matchup problem but ultimately have to figure out best way to use him and if he’s not one of your best 4-5 it makes it tough.

There was really no need to do this as he's a very good WR as is with overall ability. The only reason he played a little TE in 2021 was because Kole Taylor was the only scholarship TE on the roster.
And people dont realize he barely played any hand down TE in 2021, he just isnt big enough for that. He was split out in the slot as a receiver much like he was this year when he did play.

Well Mason Taylor is taking up a bunch of his oxygen, and Kelly probably got cold on his habit of catching punts with his face. So he’s probably better off with a fresh start elsewhere. Good luck to him.

People tend to love him on here. He’s overrated as hell and gives 0 effort
That's a lie. There's no denying he struggled this year after having a pre-season injury and his difficulty as a returner. He was the most sure handed receiver last season and led the team in catches. He's just been passed up by a very talented WR room.
Watch his last season's highlights and tell me that's someone that didn't give max effort.
Bech FR highlights

Bech was also among the players named to PFF’s All-Freshman team.
Bech was a “big slot” for LSU his first year on campus. He spent nearly two-thirds of his snaps on the inside with the other third being mostly at inline tight end. The 6-foot-2, 207-pound true freshman was a tough one to bring down for opposing defenses: He broke 17 tackles and averaged 6.3 yards after the catch on 43 receptions.

The regular college football season has ended, and top players are now starting to get recognized around the country. 247Sports announced their All-True Freshman Team, and LSU Tigers receiver Jack Bech was one of the names on the team.

And I guarantee another pass catching TE will be in the mix next year

They play 2 completely different positions. Bech is a WR, Taylor is a TE. Cant beleive people think Bech is still a TE

You don't have to understand the young mans decision dummy!
