LSU was a 9 win team last year.

In a very down year in the SEC and the OOC opener was against 4-9 BYU..this year we replace BYU with Miami and replace 4-8 Tennessee with Georgia..for starters

You can only beat the teams you play. and they were a few underthrown Danny etling passes away from beating Alabama

I agree 100% with you!

This defense will be nasty! Fast, big and depth.

I think 10 or 11 wins is most probable this year with our talent and QB situation.

Other than Bama, i dont see a L on our schedule

Chark was the only proven guy returning at receiver last year. I don't think Gage even had a catch coming into the season. With Giles, Sullivan, Dillion and Moreau all coming back we have way more receiving yards returning as well as experience. I believe this Oline Will be better than last years. We depended on 2 true freshman to start for the majority of the year.

You have 800+ posts in less than two weeks. How much are you paid per hour?

I don't get how people can't see this LSU team is very, very good.

Its very simple. Aside from the defense, there are a whole lot of question marks:

1) Offensive line is questionable at best
2) Wrs, while talented, are young and unproven
3) QB, while talented, is also still unproven
4) Huge question mark at RB
5) OC, while he had a good stint as the interim OC 2 years ago, we still have no idea how good he will be running his own offense.
6) and last but not least, the biggest liability of all is the head coach. Orgeron is, was and always be our biggest weakness when it comes game preparation and in game coaching. Combine this with a tough schedule, and im sure you can see now why some people might not be sold on this team being very, very good.

The defense is very good. The offense has a QB that’s never played, running backs that have never scored, an OL that nobody has talked very positive about from the inside, and all new receivers. So let’s wait till we see it on the field before we claim greatness.

Well we pretty much play all those teams we beat again this year. Did they get better and we didn't? I think we beat Auburn again this year. Johnson won't be there to run all over our defense this year. I don't think Jimbo fixes AM's super soft defense in one off season and I think we kick Floridas arse again as well.

Are you under the impression that we kicked their “arse” last year? They fired their coach and O barely snatched victory out of the jaws of defeat. You’d better hope O has suddenly changed his ways and can outcoach better coaching staffs than last year.

Yeah, man. Escaping OT because they missed a PAT is really laying it on someone.
