I have to agree with this. You can be bitter all day but at the end it would've ended up the same with a different gameplan. That offensive line absolutely shite the bed in that game. T-Bob was sitting on his arse the entire game getting pancaked by dlineman. There's nothing any QB could've done behind that line.

At the skill positions yes. LSU had quite a bit of talent on offense. Oline not so much and obviously QB. Jefferson probably would've been a good player in the NFL if he never played QB. If he came to LSU as a WR I'll bet he would've made it for awhile in the NFL. He was an excellent athlete that had super underrated running ability.

Another thing that delayed this 10 years was Blackwell getting knocked into the backfield by Bama.

Blackwell should look in the mirror he got exposed and brutalized with the rest of the line in that game.

Les Miles offenses often looked like shite bc the schemes set the players up for failure. Defenses knew what was coming.

After seeing that, there’s no doubt Blackwell posts here

It's easy to tee off when your opponent throwing the ball 10 yds down the field essentially isn't a threat.

Yeah, and while people will point to LSU's offense that season not being good it was actually quite the opposite. The offense was good with Lee in as the efficiency stats proved. The thing about LSU that season is they executed to perfection except that 1 game. They obliterated EVERY team that season too except Bama. I don't think anyone else that entire season came close to beating LSU they were all blowouts. Mostly because the defense nobody could move the ball on them. You could argue that entire dline by itself was 1st round talent even though they all didn't end up there. Sam would've if he didn't smoke pot and Logan was a 2nd but probably could've been a 1st.

He aint wrong. Miles wasted more talent at Lsu than any coach ever has. The skill players we’ve had and wasted because of his 1970’s offense.

Ingrate.

Les Miles hired LSU’s current HC, offensive coordinator, and defensive coordinator.

T-Bob didn’t play a single snap in that game.

I think the 2011 team was more dominant than this year's in the regular season. We just beat the shite out of everyone that year except Bama.

I remember how angry Deangelo Peterson was after the game. He said that whole time they practiced a wide open offense and game time he threw it out the window.

That's why I'm saying it could've ended up as one of the greatest NCAA teams ever. Nobody remembers it because we lost. Bama is remembered that year for having one of the better teams in the NCAA.

Les had them practicing so much, they were worn out.
