Well the very first sentence is her saying that with SC you have to pick your poison, meaning regardless of the strategic decisions you make you're going to be subjected to another disadvantage, or "poison." The obvious inference is that they wouldn't have to pick their poison with LSU. Maybe she didn't mean it that way but not difficult at all to spin that into disrespect if someone was inclined to do so.
