Its tough for me to read things that people post that make zero sense.
When you continually make post after post that make no sense it becomes unbearable.

Jefferson represents Angola ... oops I mean LSU well.

Dude, he's not even in the top ten on the 2011 team!

Is this a joke? He is not top 10 on the team today better yet alltime.

Yeah.... ok.
this fricking retard started this thread and through 6 pages your dumbass is the only one that agrees with him... to make matters worse you are trying to convince people JJ is a better qb than Tommy Hodson.

Absolutely not. He definitely showed some improvement today and I was surprised at some of his throws. But he's still making those same bonehead decisions he has been making for three years. He is an average QB at best but I do enjoy the dimension he brings to our offense especially since his throwing has improved under the new system . No chance at being considered an all time great, ever

notice how he looked when we were losing?...hmmm....nervous....sacks, fumbled snaps, etc...
I do believe about the 80k people wanted to see lee, then TM7 tied the game....after that happened I knew we wouldnt see Lee...I even posted it...somewhere in the 30's..
yeah he's better then Hodson....

If LSU wins it all, he'll still be behind Mauck and Flynn, and they are not in the top 10, either.
OP, are you serious?
I wouldn't even put him ahead of J.R., and he didn't win it all...

Let's not get ahead of ourselves now. He has been great since coming back from suspension, but let's let the last 2 games play out.

What a foolish question. Not even up to par.

Just because JJ was at the helm doesn't make him a great player...like some others have said- he had a great supporting cast and a tough-as-nails defense. I do appreciate his contribution to LSU football.

if you're ranking all-around football players, Jefferson is not in the top half of LSU's 2011 starters.

Jefferson is a Ruben Randle away from being terrible. He might be the 6th or 7th best starting QB we've had since 2000

Absolutely NOT! Nowhere on the list! The majority of the wins with him as the starter have absolutely nothing to do with his play and all to do with the talent around him. LSU wins dispite having him at QB, thankfully.

"loyalty to the school"?
I am glad for JJ, but no player in the history of LSU football has shown more loyalty by sticking around the JLee. Period. I understand that winning is more important than any one player's feelings...and more important than the need for coaches to show loyalty/appreciation to any one player; like letting a senior who, with no back-up, won eight games, the first three of 4 vs. teams then in the top 15, and who last year bailed out the coach in three conference games (Tenn., Auburn, Florida) by maybe letting him go in in the second half when LSU was up 38-17 with 9 mins. left. Gee, I just described Nick Saban!

Don't think so. I would think he would need some individual pass, rushing, and/or td records to be an alltime great.

Definitely a top 10 player in LSU athletics in the history of the school IMHO. Shame we didn't get to see him more at the beginning of the season because of the legal problems. He has been lights out since he got his starting job back, and has proven his leadership skills to Coach Miles and the the rest of team. As a fan of LSU since I was a wee one, I honestly cannot think of a football player who better represents what LSU stands for as far as redemption and loyalty to the school. anyone else share these feelings?
I see what you're doing, you're just trying to get a certain part of the fan base riled up.
