How surprised would you be if we lost the series to A&M this weekend?

Not all that surprising. They're a good team and its in their house. Big step up in competition for us. We have that #1 ranking so we're going to get everyone's best shot and best crowd. But it's not a big deal

- Weather will play a factor
- A lot of guys are seeing SEC pitching for the first time.
It wouldn't be a huge shock. I think this team starts slow in SEC play as the young guys adjust to the pitching, then take off during the second half.

The weather looks like crap but our pitching should keep us in any game we play. That being said, if we struggle at the plate on the road we could end up on the wrong end of a couple 1 run games. Not unbelievable but would be a surprise to only take 1 of 3 this weekend.

We have no idea how good this team actually is after dominating high school teams for the past month. Hopefully JJ has kept them grounded & the team isn’t overconfident from overblown stats.

Why do you act like other SEC teams have played a schedule full of only baseball powers?
